About the Recipe

Quick and easy chicken noodle soup is great for lunch or dinner. Use rotisserie chicken to make it even easier! We love this soup on a cold day.

Ingredients

Directions

In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter.
Cook onion, celery and carrots until tender - about 5 minutes.
Add in garlic and cook another 30 seconds.
Pour in chicken and vegetable broths.
Add in basil, oregano, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
Add in chopped cooked chicken and uncooked egg noodles.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes before serving.
Service with crackers and enjoy.
