This quiche is so easy and great for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 Deg
Prepare pie crust if not already prepared in pie plate
Pre-bake pie crust in oven for 5 minutes and remove. Set aside
Cook broccoli in a small amount of water in pot until tender (4 minutes)
Tranfer broccoli to a colander and drain
When broccoli is cooled off, chop into small pieces
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Stir in chopped broccoli and cheddar cheese
Pour into pre baked pie crust
Bake in oven and check at 25 minutes. If crust is browning to quick, tent with foil
Continue to bake quiche for 35 to 40 minutes or until eggs are set in center of pie.
Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes before serving
Serve with crispy bacon and fresh fruit if desired.
