I do declare .... Its a chocolate elclair.....Sure to please even the most picky of dessert eaters. Its just like a giant eclair but easier to make! NOTE: Needs 24 hours in refrigerator to fully set and be ready to eat!
Our Granny used to make this cake. It is a bundt cake with a special filling. This recipe takes me and my daughter back to Granny's little house in Cleveland, Alabama where we have fond memories of our visits with her.
