About the Recipe
Man I love this smoothie! It's like dessert for breakfast - and who doesn't like that?? I put it in my favorite owl glass that my good friend Noreen gave me! It contains whey protein which makes it so creamy and delicious plus.... it is good for you!
Ingredients
1/4 cup whey protein powder
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 banana
1 tsp honey
1 cup milk
handful of ice
Directions
In a blender combine 1/4 cup whey protein powder, 1 Tbsp peanut butter (I like chunky), 1 banana, 1 tsp honey, 1 cup milk (or milk substitute), a handful of ice. Blend until smooth and enjoy!! YOUR WELCOME :)
